The Antelope Valley Rural Museum is a California nonprofit public benefit unincorporated association dedicated to preserving the rural history of Antelope Valley. The purpose of the AVRMOH is to develop a permanent historical museum for the citizens of the Antelope Valley by collecting, preserving, restoring, exhibiting, and researching facts and artifacts pertinent to the history of the Antelope Valley. The Antelope Valley Rural Museum is located in the Agricultural Building at the Antelope Valley Fair. AVRM regular hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the first and third Saturdays of the month. We have recently installed a First Responders display that proudly represents the sacrifices of the men and women in law enforcement and the fire department. Our military displays honoring all branches of the armed services and aerospace displays have grown to represent not only the pioneers of exploration, but the current and beyond technology in the military and aerospace community. Please contact the AV Fair staff to confirm days and hours of operation 661-478-4841 YouTube Videos: • https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=smOWdayHWt4&feature=share • https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdcerLzz8LE&feature=player_embedded • https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siokq7Xaixo&feature=youtu.be
